INTELLIGENT SIPP
The Intelligent SIPP is a fully open architecture Self Invested Personal Pension that enables you to select all underlying investments from the platform provider of your choice.

It also offers commercial property functionality together with other third party investments. It's only restriction is non-standard assets.
BESPOKE SIPP
Our Bespoke SIPP is designed for clients where commercial propery holdings form a central part of their retirement and tax planning.

We are the only provider to offer commercial property at a flat fee, ensuring your clients have absolute certainty of initial and ongoing costs. There is also no charge for additional holdings.
INTELLIGENT PENSION
The Intelligent Pension offer a very low cost solution for advisers that require platform and third party holdings for a client's pension planning, but do not wish to use a full SIPP.

It offers the exact same functionality of a SIPP, just in plain pension format and without the additional options and costs.
